Welcome to Mrs. Bubbles at Home. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

  • Laundry (Wash & Fold) with local delivery only.

  • Mending & Repair (hems, tears, buttons, etc.).

  • Household Bundles (Starter, Premium, Ultra).
    All services and bundles are subject to availability.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders must be placed at mrsbubblesathome.com.

  • Full payment is due at checkout; prices are in USD and may change without notice.

3. Service Conditions

  • Standard detergents and processes are used unless allergies/sensitivities are noted at checkout.

  • Mending prices may be adjusted if complexity increases; customers will be notified before work continues.

  • Bundle contents may be substituted with items of equal or greater value when needed.

4. Final Sale & Limitations

  • Laundry, mending, and household bundles are final sale (hygiene and labor reasons).

  • Not responsible for: pre-existing wear/damage, items left in pockets, or color bleed/shrinkage inherent to fabrics.

5. Delivery

  • Local delivery only within a 20-mile radius of Yonkers, NY.

  • Fees: $10 for orders under $100; free delivery for orders of $100 or more.

  • Rush delivery (24-hour turnaround): Additional $15, subject to capacity.

  • Delivery windows are confirmed by email/phone. Missed deliveries may result in extra fees.

6. Refunds & Issues

  • All sales are final. If there is an order error by us or a defective/missing bundle item, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Accounts & Privacy

  • Customer accounts are optional.

  • Our Privacy Policy governs the use of personal information.

8. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mrs. Bubbles at Home is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, or delays beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
