Laundry Services

Q: How long does laundry service take?
A: Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Rush service is available within 24 hours for an additional $15 fee.

Q: Can I get my clothes back the same day?
A: At this time, we don’t offer same-day service. Rush (24 hours) is the fastest option.

Q: Do you offer dry cleaning?
A: No, we currently provide Wash & Fold services only.

Mending & Repair

Q: What types of repairs do you handle?
A: We can fix hems, small tears, buttons, and simple adjustments.

Q: How do I know the price of a repair?
A: Pricing depends on complexity. You’ll see base pricing when you place an order, but final costs may be adjusted once the item is reviewed.

Household Bundles

Q: What’s included in each bundle?
A: We offer three options — Starter, Premium, and Ultra — with carefully selected household essentials. Exact items are listed on the product page.

Q: Can I return or exchange items from a bundle?
A: Due to hygiene and safety, all bundles are final sale. If an item is missing or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver within a 20-mile radius of Yonkers, NY.

Q: What’s the delivery fee?
A: Orders under $100 include a $10 delivery fee. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more.

Q: Do you offer pickup?
A: Currently, we only deliver. Pickup is not available.

Payments & Policies

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods supported at checkout.

Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, processing begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
